I could have worse habits. I could also have savings. But here we are.

I’m supposed to be on a book buying ban & one of the bookclub girls just recommended a book that sounds amazing. Book buying ban no more! 😂

QOTD: What book made you break your book buying ban?

I’m no marriage counselor but…. Thank me later 😉

Send this to your husband and tell him it’s no April fools joke 😂 just let her finish the book! It’ll be a win win

Girl math 💁🏻‍♀️

In case you needed another reason to buy a book today, here you go. Hope this helps 😉

Who took advantage of Target’s buy 2 get 1 free book sale? What’d you get? 👀

I’m a bit late to the game but super excited to jump into these. I’ve heard great things about all 4 of these books!

These are four new-to-me authors. Let’s see who earns a permanent spot on my auto-buy list 😬

I have a few ARC’s to get through but I’m hoping I get to these before the year is up.

Bookstagram math is simple: the money was going to disappear anyway. Might as well have a pretty book to show for it.

Besides, I’ve never regretted buying a book. Have I regretted checking my bank account afterward? Absolutely. But I digress

Anyway, consider this your daily dose of financial irresponsibility disguised as bookish advice. You’re welcome. 🫶🏼

Tag your favorite book-buying enabler. I know you have one.

Was so surprised to find these two highly anticipated books still available during a Target run on Friday. I have a few ARCs to get through but the SECOND I’m done, I’m diving into these!

So which one should I jump into first after these ARCs?? 👀

Please choose responsibly because there is a very real chance I ignore my entire TBR based on your answers.

Thirsty Thursday!!!

I’m finally diving into the ARC for Blood of the Bound by @annabellemccormack and I’m so excited!!!! If you haven’t read the first book, Carved in Crimson, RUN. It’s so good

@wendisuemoodreads is in her Goth Romantasy mood. Perfect for the season

@aimeeheg is currently stuck in the DCC universe and will not read any other book until she finished lol 😂

@kim_bat_ has finally started our bookclub read The Lights of Prague which is also perfect for the season!!!

What’s everyone else drinking and reading on this find 1st day of October?!

Buying books and reading books are two completely different hobbies and I’m absolutely excelling in one of the two!

My kids will definitely be inheriting my TBR but at least they’ll have really great books to read 😂

It’s NATIONAL COFFEE DAY ☕️
& one thing about me is I’m gonna drink coffee EVERYDAY no matter what! I’ve been drinking coffee since I was a child. Un pan tostado con mantequilla y café con leche was my go to!

When did you become a coffee drinker?

Ok but Enzo and TomCat have me in a chokehold!

I’m 48% into the audiobook and I am OBSESSED! I didn’t think I’d ever say that about a M/M book but here we are 😂 The Ferrante boys are another breed entirely lol

🧡💜 Color Stack Challenge 💜🧡
.
.
My wonderful book bestie @just.a.pink.bookshelf tagged me in a color stack challenge, and this was so much fun! There are so many incredible books in these two colors! Also, I had way more orange and purple books than I thought I did!

I'm tagging some of my book besties to join in on the fun, but no pressure at all! If I didn't tag you and you want to join in, feel free and tag me if you do so I can see your book stack! Your colors are 🩷💚 by @kryswithakay

Amazon, Starbies, and books! That’s really all I need. All I have to do now, is figure out how to get everything in the house without my husband noticing 😂

What are you currently reading and should I be adding it to my never ending TBR?
