Join us for an evening of creativity, storytelling, and community.

Design your own fabric patch to share your experiences, perspectives, hopes, or reflections on spinal injury. No artistic experience is needed, and all materials will be provided.

Spinal Hope by Thusha marks its 1-year anniversary a journey born from unimaginable strength. 15 years ago, Thusha’s life changed forever after being caught in the crossfire… but instead of letting that define her, she chose to create change for others living with spinal cord injuries.

Today, Spinal Hope stands as a beacon of resilience, support, and empowerment for so many. This is more than a milestone and it’s a reminder that even in the darkest moments, purpose can rise.

A beautiful day at the TSC Charity Walk❤️

It was so special to see the children enjoying themselves, taking part, and filling the event with so much joy 🫶🏽

From lively dance and soulful singing to mimicry and the powerful beats of the parai, the stage was full of energy and talent.

Big love to the Sibling Committee for organising such a lovely event 👏🏽

Grateful to have been there to witness it all and support such a meaningful cause ✨
