As the @stevecastanophotograhy back catalog continues to surface... we've got a little mashup of #TGIF, #throwbackthursday and #fullhouse! This time it's #WayBackWednesday... a fun snap of @ksambat doin his thing with @unclejessedc at @therenegadeva "way back" on February 4th, 2023! ... also hello and thank you to all the new followers, I'm loving all the feedback and *almost* over my imposter syndrome fear of posting more of my work! Hahahaha

It took awhile, but finally made it to 1000. This is Coach @jonathan.nampha. He’s the dude I took my very first @bash class with. Only fitting he coached my 1000. Thanks J!

If I have any unsolicited advice to offer anyone looking to get into or get back into exercise, I’d say the best form of exercise is the one that you absolutely love doing. Before boxing-based exercise, I really struggled doing cardio. With boxing and Bash, I found a form of exercise I love and a community who supports its members wholeheartedly.

Whether it’s boxing, dancing, walking, pickleball, etc., I’m convinced that there’s a form of exercise out there for everyone. You just gotta go find it.

Now on to get started on the next 1000. taken in BASH Boxing by @ksambat
