Sautéed kale with onions, fresh garlic and veggie broth. Cut kale into thin strips to cook faster. Crock pot is best so you can set it and forget it. If you use a sauce pan you will just have to keep adding water as it cooks until tender.

Added seasonings:
Smoked paprika
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Oregano
Liquid smoke
Balsamic vinegar
Coconut aminos
Splash of Korean BBQ Sauce - yes cause I wanted to

Then the Salad Topper for the win!

I don’t measure so take your best guess to arrive at this deliciousness. Add your own spices! Let me know if you try it!
