Katie Rankin is a member of the Walnut Valley 4-H Club. She crocheted a human-size "Toothless" costume inspired by the movie "How to Train your Dragon." She didn't have a pattern and spent hours on the project.

Katie says, "I was inspired to make this by a YouTube video where a Toothless costume had been made (that wasn't crocheted) and I thought it was cool! Since I can crochet I decided to give it a try. I have never made anything of this magnitude, especially without having a pattern. It was a challenging process, but with trying it on several times as I went, I was able to tailor it to my size. And it only took 14 skeins of Bernat blanket yarn!"
