A new chapter…🤍

I’m so excited to finally share that Katie Gober Life Coach is officially open! I’ve been talking about doing this for months and finally just made it happen! Thank You, Jesus! 🙌🏼

If you know me, you know that walking alongside people, encouraging them, listening to their stories, and helping them through different seasons of life has been a part of who I am for a very long time. Now I get to step into that in a whole new way!

My heart is to create a space where you can be honest about where you are, work through what may be keeping you stuck, gain clarity about where you want to go, and take intentional steps toward becoming who God created you to be.

I’ll be coaching clients through things like life transitions, relationships, identity, confidence, personal growth, faith, boundaries, goals and purpose and whatever else we may come across along the way!

And while my own faith is at the heart of who I am, you don’t have to share my beliefs to work with me. I’m here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you from there. 🤍

Coaching sessions will be virtual, so we can connect from wherever you are. And if you’re on Oahu, I’d love to meet with you in person!

I’m excited for this next chapter and especially for the people I’ll get to meet along the way!

Texas in July…my skin melted off my body with the triple digit heat but I’ll take it any day to have such sweet family time with this crew! We watched the World Cup Final, played lots of games, celebrated mom and dad’s anniversary and got in the pool nearly every evening:) It was so much fun and I can’t wait to hug their necks again! taken in Sulphur Springs, Texas by @ktgober

Life the past 3 days have really reminded me that I live in Hawaii:) I’m so very blessed to live in such a beautiful place surrounded by such a wonderful community!

1. Friends celebrating our friend’s son’s high school graduation!
2. I’ve never been to a high school grad party like this! @mamawilbillie
3. An impromptu dance with whoever knew it.
4. Always love watching my friend @naloaunty dance hula while her hubby @kawika_kahiapo sings:)
5 - 7 Just me learning to shuck or husk coconuts 😂 which I love coconuts so much!! I was volunteering to help my friend @taramailelani at @hakuhia
8. The beautiful drive out through @hoomaluhiabotanicalgarden to get to @hakuhia
9. A monk seal and her pup have been at one end of the beach for several weeks now but then a random male seal swam up to join everyone today! by @ktgober

Lifewave Incentive Trip in Waikiki! Lifewave really outdid themselves in showering us with gifts and luxury and amazing food and entertainment! I still can’t believe I spent nearly a week in Waikiki FOR FREE!!!!! We had a blast! I met a lot of new people and had a great time showing my friends visiting just a little part of my world here in paradise:) I’m super grateful to be apart of this company for the relationships I’ve been able to make as well as having products that are helping people live healthier lives! What a blessing it was to hang out with some of our Lifewave team here and team members visiting Oahu! We were so fortunate to have phenomenal weather!! Huge shout out to Lifewave for this amazing incentive trip/staycation for me here on Oahu! It’s been so much fun having my friends here where I live!! Some came to church with me Sunday, we went to a polo match and now we’re being spoiled by Lifewave here in Waikiki. Thank you, Jesus, for this opportunity to meet such amazing friends new and old through this business! This week is all about fun and playing together and this was just day 1!!

Also - fun fact! This is the largest incentive trip Lifewave has ever had!!!

Welp, tomorrow I turn 47 years of age…how is that possible?? And today I’ve been reflecting on this last year and wrote out 46 things that I’ve learned in my 46th year of life…

I think it’s super important to reflect and remember so that you can pivot, learn from and also celebrate all that has happened in life. Things move so quickly and life is just so short. Living here in Hawaii has really slowed my entire being down which I didn’t even think was possible 😂 but I’m very grateful. I’m humbled that I get to live this life I’ve been given with all the relationships and blessings that I have! I’m looking forward to all that the Lord wants to show me and walk me through at 47! by @ktgober

Family Christmas 2025 was a blast! It started with cousin Christmas in Conroe, we had cooking lessons with mom, we played lots of games…with one card game lasting nearly 8 hours! And Dad tried to wear his Aloha shirt for Christmas🤣

Things I’ve personally experienced wearing this device…

•Deeper sleep - no more sleeping pills for me! 🙌🏼
•Vision - I don’t need my glasses to drive at night anymore and my floaters in my eyes are GONE!
•Inflammation - it takes away my pain on my foot from my bunion.
•Stamina - I can go harder when working out or playing pickleball and not wear out:)
•Muscle recovery - I don’t get sore like I used to and should be getting at 46 years old.
•More energy throughout the day!
•Mental clarity
•Smoother skin
