“Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with it, not against it.” -Eckhart Tolle.
The other day I had some people in town for work and we took a walk around Point State Park. What a place. We’re lucky to have that park downtown. It’s beautiful. #pittsburgh #pgh #usa #autumn #statepark taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by @ktk7895

“Wherever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine” -Anthony D’Angelo.
Well @phippsconservatory is easily one of the most beautiful places in the city to snag a photo but whenever it’s this nice out, it’s even more beautiful. I hate to say it but it’s going to be their winter light show there before you know it. #pittsburgh #pgh #usa #autumn #shotoniphone taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by @ktk7895

On the way back to my place the other day I figured I’d stop at good ole Cathy and snag a few photos. What a cool building it is. #pittsburgh #universityofpittsburgh #pgh #usa #autumn taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by @ktk7895

“Always appreciate the gift of life. Be happy and have fun!” -Michael Jackson.
Last night I went down and rode the Ferris Wheel on the Roberto Clemente Bridge and I have to admit it’s sketchy but my god is it fun! Worth checking out for sure before it’s gone again till next year! I took some awesome photos from the top but I’m going to save those for next week! #pittsburgh #pgh #usa #autumn #oktoberfest taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by @ktk7895

I know this is the third year of the Ferris Wheel being down on the Roberto Clemente Bridge but it’s just a shocking thing to see! I love it. #pittsburgh #pgh #usa #oktoberfest #autumn taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by @ktk7895

“Remember, you only have one ride through life so give it all you got and enjoy the ride.” -Jon Gordon.
Well the Ferris Wheel came back to the Burgh for Oktoberfest and it is awesome once again! This has easily got to be my favorite “tradition” we are doing every year. I spent the evening down on the North Shore taking photos and I think this whole week will be dedicated to Ferris Wheel photos. Can’t wait to ride it again on Wednesday night! #pittsburgh #pgh #usa #oktoberfest #autumn taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by @ktk7895

It’s been awhile since I’ve made one of these “color splash” photos but I’m happy how this one turned out! Something unique and different to ring in the weekend. #pittsburgh #pgh #usa #colorsplash #autumn taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by @ktk7895

“The longer I live the more beautiful life becomes. If you foolishly ignore beauty, you will soon find yourself without it. Your life will be impoverished. But if you invest in beauty, it will remain with you for all the days of your life.” -Frank Lloyd Wright.
Without a doubt, @phippsconservatory is one of the most beautiful places in the Burgh. I know it’s technically autumn now but the flowers are alive and well outside at Phipps. Love going there to snap some photos every once in awhile! #pittsburgh #pgh #usa #flowers #autumn taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by @ktk7895

“Enjoy every moment you have because in life, there are no rewinds, only flashbacks.” -Anmol Andore.
Reflections on the river are always awesome to capture. Now I’ve taken photos where it’s like a perfect mirror in the reflection but I like this one because it shows the movement of the water.
