Whether life is going your way or not, it is time to build your own JOY MENU. I promise you, that having one is like having a friend in your pocket.

If you’re curious about what it is, it’s your go to menu for building dopamine and JOY.

Pick 10 things that bring you joy.
Put them on your menu.
Write them down .
Post them in your bathroom, on your computer, in your car, etc.
AND when shit gets bumpy or low or you need an energy boost, pick something from that menu and you do it.

And no, you don’t have to be sober to have one, but if you ARE sober, build one!

Communication is 🔑 . There is not a single industry, environment, or relationship that doesn’t require communication. PARENTS one thing I recommend-if you have teenagers teach them about how to write letters, how to craft emails, how to be fluid deciphering the communication needed in formal and iinformal environments.
