Idk about yall, but my favorite chocolate bar has gotta be a Twix. Also I love cookies. Hence the Twix cookies. They’re so good and like so uniform. Not as hard as I would’ve expected either so yeah I’ll go 8.5/10 on these. Link in bio by @ktskitchen24

Another Jake request. Or rather just some video of good looking food that Jake might have wanted in the moment so I saved it to a file to make whenever. The catch with this one is that I decided to go ahead and make my fettuccine from scratch. My mom bought me some specific pasta flour over Christmas and I hadn’t had a chance to use it yet. MAN LEMME TELL YA IT IS GOOD. My noods cooked perfectly. And homemade noods overcook VERY easily. Not these. Very yummy. The pasta recipe itself was alright. I was expecting more spice what with the chili oil. I mean I taste as I go and all, but I wanted that to develop more. Good, but I’ve made better. My pasta was on point tho. Noods a 10/10 but the recipe itself more like an 8. Recipe video on my story :) by @ktskitchen24

Another kt & lanna collab! This time I was on side duty & Lanna made some delish pork medallions. This was SO yum and went perfectly together. Those cherry tomatoes burst just right. I DEFINITELY over-salted the polenta itself which is no fault of the recipes. Eggplant still kinda weird to me. I like eggplant purées but something about biting into it is still kinda an ick for me. Would totally make this again. Proceed with caution. These are incredibly sweet. And also maybe bake them a little under. The sides were kinda crunchier than I wanted. I did not look up how many calories are in each serving because I simply do not want to know <3 yum 8/10 link in bio by @ktskitchen24

This Korean fried pork (tangsuyook) was EXTREMELY similar to the Korean fried chicken I made not long before. It was really good and while I liked the sauce, it was too much and the recipe felt wasteful. I prefer the Korean fried chicken as it was both spicier and crunchier. Still a decent 7/10 and the recipe video is on my story by @ktskitchen24

The May smoothie bowl is indeed a little lackluster. I made these at Jake’s house and forgot several of my desired toppings at home. I think I wanted to add oats and chia (which we found at his place later when moving him out of course) and maybe a drizzle of honey or something. It was honestly a really average bowl that month. No smoothie bowl for June as I am on keto now, but still doing one for every month that I don’t diet. Can hardly rate as it wasn’t good or bad it just *was.* link in bio regardless as always by @ktskitchen24

THIS is a dessert you should try. It is light and fluffy as mousse should be, but it’s not your average flavor and it’s really not all that difficult. Though, it is easily demolished. Possibly a 9/10 and definitely better than the salted caramel chocolate mousse I made last. Link in bio by @ktskitchen24

Oh ok so picking up where I left off with cinco de mayo… this was the main course after serving up the corn salsa. Not too involved. The recipe just said “queso” and there’s so many ways to make it so I made a version of a queso I made last year and omitted the chorizo step. Best white queso seriously. Delicious over steak and rice. I overcooked the steak a bit, as I almost always do. Very good though. 8.5/10 link in bio by @ktskitchen24

Did not realize corn salsas were gonna be all the rage this summer when I scheduled this appetizer for cinco de mayo so like ok slay. Also did not realize it was gonna pour rain all day on cinco de mayo lol soooo that was less than ideal and I didn’t even end up being able to grill my corn. But we made it work. And it was delicious. Happy 5/5 on 6/5 lol. 8/10 link in bio! by @ktskitchen24

Pumpkin fudge cake. Easiest dessert ever. I made it for a coworker’s bday, but would definitely do this like right after thanksgiving with all that leftover pumpkin puree you probably stocked up on. It’s just that and chocolate. Recipe video on my story but u don’t even really need it. It’s that easy by @ktskitchen24

This meal felt so good. Eating pasta is good for the soul but rarely do I feel like a million bucks afterwards. This was slotted for April and ended up being May. Perfectly paired with piaz for some protein. Another high rating here. Simple and delicious and nutritious. 9/10 link in bio by @ktskitchen24

So @highskoolartclass is dairy free but asked for chocolate something for her bday treat. Fortunately, I know several women who recently became moms and had to be dairy free for a few months. A friend of mine sent me this lava cookie recipe that she asked Chat for. They weren’t as lava like as I wanted but still yummy! I think like idk 7/10 but I wanna try them again and cook them a little under in hopes of finding lava in the center. by @ktskitchen24
