• Bernadette Lee Davis “Birdie” was born today, January 19th at 2:28pm. Weighing in at 7 lbs 9 oz, 19.5 inches long. She came fast and she is amazing. Forever grateful for this second chance. @loganbronsanblack

• Hi. 👋🏼

Recently, I have gotten some new followers. It is nice to see I am not alone in what I believe. It wasn’t my goal to “gain” followers. But, just share my authentic self.
.
Anyone that knows me well, knows that I have always been into natural remedies. In 2012, I met an older woman named Pat. She has since passed away. She owned Nature’s Door - a super small store front next to her little house in German Village(Cbus, Ohio). If you know, you know. It was packed to the gills with supplements, tinctures- you name it. She paid me to clean up her garden too. 🖤
I can only imagine what she would think of our world today.
.
I received these ten golden rules of health from Pat. They are so true. I hope you find them valuable.
.
Thank you for following me. 🖤 #naturalremedies #health #god #nature #supplements #tinctures #vitamins #jesus #medicine #poison #nutrition #healing #peace #rawfood #moderation #exercise taken in Columbus, Ohio by @ktstyled
