This shoot was inspired by the essence of the one and only Wu-Tang Clan. This was not to mimic any specific members but just to capture the style of ruff and rugged 90’s new york style!

TOUGH ATHLETICS: POLICE BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE

No comfort. No coasting. No excuses.

Coppin State Club Football (@coppinstateuclubfb) got pushed until the body wanted to quit and the mind had to make a decision.

MINDSET OF THE DAY:
“TIRED CAN BEAT YOU… OR YOU CAN BEAT TIRED.”

Everybody’s tough when they’re fresh.
When your legs are gone, your lungs are burning, and your mind wants to quit — that’s where toughness lives.

YOU DON’T STOP BECAUSE YOU’RE TIRED.
YOU STOP WHEN THE MISSION IS COMPLETE.

Pressure exposes you. Fatigue reveals you.
FINISH. THE. WORK.
