Last night was my first time hosting a stall, cooking for so many people, and I'm still smiling. 🧡
I was nervous, but the love and the response were more than I could have asked for. We sold out! 🙏
No pictures from the night, because it was so busy and I was in the zone with the kadhai. So here's the menu instead, as proof that it really happened 😄
🍜 Kolkata style chowmein
🧆 Kolkata style Veg Chop
💧 Kolkata style phuchka
🍋 Lemonade
🥤 Masala coke
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried the food and told me how much you loved it. Every smile and every "one more plate please" meant the world to me. ✨

Finding good fish in Bangalore used to feel impossible 🥹🐟
Growing up in Kolkata, fresh maach was a weekly thing. Here? Lots of disappointing market trips. Thanks to @licious_foods, aar maach kasha is finally back on my Sunday menu, slow-cooked until the masala clings to every piece.
Hot bhaat + a spoon of kasha = Bangalore feels a little like home 🏡
