Honoured to be a resource speaker at NANAVU 2026 — A National Level Sustainability Conclave dedicated to shaping the future of sustainable construction. 🌿🏗️

As we aim toward the Kerala Carbon Neutral Pathway 2050 and India’s Net-Zero goal for 2070, bridging the gap between education, industry, research, and policy is more crucial than ever.

NANAVU is all about empowering the next generation of professionals to make sustainable buildings practical, affordable, accessible, and rewarding — without compromising on quality or performance.

Looking forward to connecting with industry leaders, researchers, and innovative young minds to turn ideas into actionable, long-term impact! 🤝✨

📍 Where ideas meet action.

Cooler homes. Cleaner energy. For everyone.

On this World Architecture Day and World Habitat day 2026, IIA Cochin Centre presented Thanal to the District Collector, Ernakulam, and the first step is already underway: 5 government quarters will become our pilot homes.

"Housing is a Human Right. Build It."

"Adequate Housing for All”.

Want to be part of it? DM us.

When World Architecture Day and World Habitat Day fall on the exact same day, it’s a powerful reminder: we don’t just design buildings; we shape human lives, communities, and futures.

Happy dual celebration, fellow architects. 🍃🍂

A heartfelt thank you to the Rotary family and fellow Rotarians of rotary club of cochin airport @rotary_club_of_cochin_airport for providing us with this wonderful platform and for listening so warmly as we shared our recent project journey and efforts.

We are deeply grateful for the enriching interaction, insightful discussions, and continuous support.

Truly, together we serve - Service Above Self.

A special and profound note of gratitude to my beloved mentor, Rajeev Sir @rajeev.6155 , for initiating this opportunity. Having someone who constantly backs you up and guides you is the true hallmark of a mentor, and I continue to learn so much from you every day. The project was fully envisioned by architect @noir.symbiosis and our team got an opportunity to successfully execute it on the ground under his continuous guidance and support.

Ar Rahul Nair @rnair_92 , he served as the beacon leading us through every stage of the process.

Let us plan our future initiatives with deeper intent and thorough strategy, transforming them into truly inclusive, high-impact, and sustainable CSR projects.

Having attended our various District Governor visits (GOV) and witnessed the global vision of Rotary, I see an immense opportunity for us to scale our efforts - potentially tapping into Rotary Global Grants to build long-term, transformative infrastructure for our community.

It is high time we break out of traditional patterns and chart a bold new course.

Change may feel disruptive and challenging at first, but it will steer us toward divergent, inclusive thinking - ultimately helping us rediscover our core purpose, refine our approach, and serve our community better.

Please pardon my frankness; I speak purely out of passion and heart. I truly believe that even an idealistic vision, backed by a handful of committed people, can bring about real, lasting change.

We can accomplish something extraordinary together. taken in Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) by @kukkunow

"Had a wonderful discussion with the 'People’s Director' Girish A.D. sir @girish.ad and Chippy ma'am regarding the PMC ( Project Management Consultancy ) for their upcoming home in Angamaly.

'Every unit has a story, but this Kudumba Unit @bethlehemkudumbaunit is building a home!' 🏡✨

Film direction and architecture are deeply connected through the art of spatial storytelling. Directors shape how we experience time within a scene, while architects shape how we experience life within a physical space. Both disciplines choreograph movement, mood, and human connection ( People - Place - Behaviour) .

'Cinema is architecture in motion; Architecture is cinema captured in solid form.' 🎥🏛️

A huge thanks to Arjun Baiju @arjunbaiju14 for bringing us together and giving us the opportunity to be part of this exciting journey. taken in Cochin International Aviation Services Limited - CIASL by @kukkunow

As part of World Green Building Week 2026, We team NOW & BUILD NOW had the privilege - on behalf of the IGBC Cochin Chapter - to officially launch the 426th IGBC Student Chapter at Vidya Academy of Science & Technology (VAST), Thalakkottukara, Thrissur! 🌿✨

The launch was marked by inspiring energy and an eager audience of over 250 students and faculty members. It was an honour to present the inaugural address, handing over the official chapter certificate to the Principal, Dr. Sunitha C, and led an interactive session on "Green Building & Education - An Overview & Their Benefits."

To build a truly sustainable future, we need a strong bridge between practice and academia. We invite industry leaders, green building professionals, and academic mentors to join hands with us. Let’s support this new chapter with mentorship, workshops, and real-world exposure to create an inclusive, impact-driven platform for these young minds.

A special thank you to my beloved mentors, Ar. B.R Ajith Sir @ajitbr and Ar. Lalichan Zacharias Sir @lalichanzacharias , for trusting our team with this responsibility and constantly guiding us. Gratitude also to the leadership, faculty, and brilliant students at VAST for their wonderful hospitality and enthusiasm.

Excited for the journey ahead! 🚀🌱

Immensely grateful to receive the Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) recognition from the Rotary Club of Cochin Airport.

Named after Rotary’s founder, this honor represents a commitment to stepping up for communities both locally and globally—supporting vital causes like providing clean water, promoting education, and eradicating disease.

This certificate isn't just an award; it's a reminder that our small actions, when joined with a global community, can create lasting, sustainable change.

Thank you to my Rotary family for the guidance and opportunity to serve. Let's keep making a difference!

"Fruitful people ask questions. They seek mentors. They're always learning." 💡

Spent another incredibly insightful day learning from our mentor, @georgemathai777 , George mathai sir.

Grateful for the deep dives into economics, business development, ethics, sustainability, and R&D.
