Fact : sipping like a straw is inefficient at the speed Sunbirds fly...they have a groove inside the beak, they extend their tongue into the pool of nectar, when the tongue is retracted, nectar flows into the mouth of the bird through the groove, delivering tasty nectar! ✔️
