Download ![Spadikam (transl. Crystal) is a 1995 Indian Malayalam-language action thriller film directed and co-written by Bhadran and produced by R. Mohan through Shogun Films. Starring Mohanlal, Thilakan, Urvashi and Spadikam George, the film revolves around Thomas Chacko alias Aadu Thoma, a ruffian estranged from his toxic father C.P. Chacko alias Kaduva Chacko, upon failing to meet the latter's high expectations.
Development of the script took Bhadran three years to complete. It was based on three real-life ruffians who lived around Pala. The dialogues were written by Rajendra Babu. S. P. Venkatesh composed Spadikam's soundtrack and background score and J. Williams and S. Kumar were the cinematographers. Valsan and M. S. Mani were the film's art director and editor, respectively. The film was extensively shot in and around the town of Changanassery in Kottayam district, and was completed in 45 working days. Except for three days of shooting in Madras (now Chennai), Spadikam was filmed in Kerala.
Produced on a budget of ₹75 lakh, Spadikam was released on 30 March 1995 to critical acclaim, primarily for the performances of the lead cast, dialogues and cinematography. It was commercially successful and went on to become one of the highest-grossing films of the year; Spadikam completed a 100-day run in several centers. In addition to the Filmfare Award for Best Film – Malayalam, Spadikam won the Best Director and Best Actor at the 43rd Filmfare Awards South. Mohanlal also won the Kerala State Film Award Best Actor at the 27th Kerala State Film Awards. The film was dubbed and released in Tamil as Yuddham in 1996.[4] It was remade in Telugu as Vajram, Tamil as Veerappu and in Kannada as Mr. Theertha.

Minnal Murali (transl. Lightning Murali) is a 2021 Indian Malayalam-language superhero film directed by Basil Joseph and produced by Sophia Paul, under the banner of Weekend Blockbusters. The screenplay is written by Arun Anirudhan and Justin Mathew. The film stars Tovino Thomas and Guru Somasundaram. The story follows the life of Jaison, a young tailor who gains superpowers after being struck by lightning, and transforms into a superhero.
The film was formally announced in January 2019, but due to the extensive pre-production works, the film's principal photography took place during December 2019. Though shooting got disrupted twice following the two waves of the COVID-19 pandemic the makers managed to complete the shoot within July 2021. The film was predominantly shot in Kerala, with few sequences being shot at Hassan in Karnataka. The film score was composed by Sushin Shyam while the songs featured in the film were composed by Shaan Rahman and Sushin Shyam. The cinematography was by Sameer Thahir and Livingston Mathew served as the editor.
The film was set for a theatrical release in late-2020, but was postponed multiple times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In September 2021, the makers announced that the film would be released directly through the streaming platform Netflix, as a result of closure of theatres due to the pandemic. It premiered at the Mumbai Film Festival on 16 December, and was premiered worldwide on the occasion of Christmas Eve (24 December 2021).[3][4] It received critical acclaim praising the cast performances (particularly Tovino Thomas and Guru Somasundaram), writing, direction, action sequences, VFX and soundtrack.

Bheeshma Parvam (transl. The Chapter of Bheeshma) is a 2022 Indian Malayalam-language action thriller film[3][4] produced, written, and directed by Amal Neerad. The film stars Mammootty in the lead role along with a supporting cast of Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Shine Tom Chacko, Farhaan Faasil, Sudev Nair, Nadhiya, Dileesh Pothan, Jinu Joseph, Harish Uthaman, Nedumudi Venu, KPAC Lalitha, Veena Nandakumar, Srindaa, Lena, and Anagha.[5] The film is co-written by Amal Neerad along with Devadath Shaji, Ravisankar and Additional Dialogues Written by RJ Murukan.
Amal Neerad and Mammootty were planning to film Bilal, the sequel to Big B, however due to the COVID-19 lockdown, the project was delayed and they decided to collaborate for a small-scale film.[6] Sushin Shyam composed the soundtrack, whilst the editing and cinematography were handled by Vivek Harshan and Anend C. Chandran, respectively.
Bheeshma Parvam was released on 3 March 2022 and received positive reviews from critics who praised the cast performances (especially Mammootty, Soubin Shahir and Shine Tom Chacko), direction, screenwriting, action sequences, cinematography, and music, but criticised its pace and runtime.[7] The film broke many box office records for a Malayalam film, crossing the ₹50 crore (US$6.6 million) mark on the 6th day of its release.[8][9] Bheeshma Parvam grossed over ₹86 crore (US$9.1 million).[a][2][10] The film remains as one of the highest-grossing Malayalam films of all time.
