Wake up Artist’s - 🚨Open Call alert🚨 calling all underdog artists! Meld je nu aan voor de Kunstmarkt Haarlem! Op 7 & 8 november is er dé markt voor kunstenaars met rafelrandjes. De markt biedt een platform om je werk te tonen en te verkopen! Thema dit jaar is Analoog. Met de groei en het bewustzijn over generative-ai voelen we de noodzaak om een mensgemaakt kunstrijk tegengeluid te geven! Analoog, met de hand en de interne menselijke drang tot creatie gemaakt. Gescheurd, geschuurd, met rafelranden. Dit stilt het verlangen naar echtheid. De rafelranden laten zien dat het door echte mensen gemaakt is. De Kunstmarkt wil vooral geluid en zichtbaarheid geven aan de gemarginaliseerde, activistische, radicale vrije stemmen en geweldloze burgerlijke ongehoorzaamheid. De kunstmarkt volgt niet de regeltjes, maar zoekt de rafelrandjes op. Mee doen? There are exhibitions all over the city So a lot of curious art loving people around the city too 2- The art-market finds itself in a gorgeous monumental building in the city. But not only that, there are multiple ateliers inside this building who will be open ateliers for the kunstlijn. There will be live music and live painting so a lot to see and do so the visitors to stay a lil longer 3- Great way to connect to new artist and art interest people. This is a question we are trying to get answered on this first biggest curated Art market in Haarlem, edition inComplete More then 31 visual artists will be there to show their hottest, affordable and creative works. Add this market to your @kunstlijnhaarlem route on this saturday and pass by to see even more affordable art. In collaboration with @kleinhaarlem the venue De Greiner will be turned into one big artistic place, for the artists, curious artlovers, collectors and passersby. We believe everybody must be able to enjoy art and give their home, office or rooms creative artworks to be enjoyed daily. Underdog artists have to use socialmedia and the internet to get exposure, with the risk of AI-models and large online shops to steal their work and earn money with it. With this artmarket we voice our soft activistic view by only showing, incomplete, parts of the artworks covered by a part of the artist. In this way, humanity is being brought back into this over-digitalized world, and protecting the image of the artpiece at the same time.
