Water-Soluble Thread

We use water-soluble thread in certain applications where temporary stitching is needed during production. The thread dissolves during washing, leaving no trace in the finished garment.

In this example, water-soluble thread is used to attach a jacket’s lining to the outer fabric. This allows the two layers to be handled and sewn as if they were a single piece, helping to improve accuracy and efficiency during the sewing process.

Ironing rear pockets

Pressing each seam is an essential step before sewing.
Careful preparation allows our seamstresses to work quickly while maintaining a clean finish.

In typical jeans construction, the rear pocket opening is pressed first.
This section is folded twice to enclose the raw edge of the fabric before being sewn with a double-needle machine.

The sides that will be attached to the body of the jeans are folded once before being secured with double stitching.
