Taking our own engagement photos was way harder than we anticipated but we got a few good ones 🥰 leave it to us to wait until a month before our wedding to even take them though 😅😅😅

@beckandcallshortfilm is currently an official selection in 3 different film festivals. It’s pretty exciting. We put such an insane amount of work into this film, and while it’s certainly not perfect and we had many challenges and learned many lessons, it is truly one of my proudest moments. Also myself and the director Dustin being big modern-prog-metal-djent enthusiast… we were SO excited and lucky to somehow get the incredible @andromidaofficial to score the film. Truly wild!

The team on this was truly next level. Just a bunch of amateurs (and one very seasoned pro, Chris as Bjorn) with a common goal. It was all about doing what served the film and making sure everyone on set was involved and could learn from the experience or gain new credits/experience. It was a true passion project.

This is the first narrative (short)film I’ve done since actually having any clue how a camera works (I don’t count the first one because I literally was just a dude who happened to have a camera, and wasn’t even interested in cinematography yet). It’s awesome to see it’s being well received and honestly I think we may come away with some awards for it which is absolutely wild.

First screening is tonight and I’m stoked! by @kurt_thecreative

I can't wait for this story to be told. Truly one of my proudest moments in film to date.

This documentary touches on some serious stuff, and desls with unprecidented changes to laws and how they affect peoples rights. Truly a privilege to have been asked to film it. by @kurt_thecreative
