Recently I was reflecting on the transition of my brother back in 1983. Specifically, I was wondering what our relationship would look like today if he were still alive. Would we be traveling on cruises together, sharing a group chat, or raising our children side-by-side?

Witnessing the strong way siblings kannect, like the bond between James and Tony Grady, left a lasting impression on me.

Even though I haven't seen Tony in over a decade, their example of brotherhood stayed with me. Sometimes I wonder if Chris and I would have had a similar relationship.

Just taking a moment to be vulnerable and reflective today yall.

I miss my parents, and I deeply miss my brother.

We don't always have a name for what we feel when those close to us lose a parent.

Reach out to someone in your circle, vent to a friend, or simply pull up and ask for a hug.
