You know I love my skincare… but my daily routine includes what’s in my glass, too. 🌿

As we enter the “stay indoors” time of the season, it’s good to give your body all the tools to help ward off whatever is floating around out there.

So, your wellness routine deserves a little olive love. 🌿 Olive leaf juice contains plant compounds called polyphenols—including hydroxytyrosol—known for their antioxidant properties. Antioxidants help counter free radicals, which can contribute to oxidative stress.

That’s why I love incorporating Olive Tree People’s i01 Olive Leaf Concentrate into my daily routine. It combines olive leaf extract with camu camu for a simple way to add plant antioxidants to my day.

This is not the same as olive oil; olive leaf juice provides oleuropein, while olive oil is higher in the polyphenol called oleocanthal. It gives olive oil its peppery taste. Hint: the more peppery the more polyphenols.

In my mid 50s, I’m asking more of my skincare. 🌿

I want to understand what I’m putting on my skin, why it’s there, and whether it deserves a place in my routine.

After years in the beauty industry, reading ingredient lists is practically a hobby. Some women browse shoes. I investigate serums. 😂

The message in these slides really resonates with me: luxury is knowing what your skincare is made of.
