I had to go to AZ this past weekend to escape the heat in Los Angeles: it was actually hotter in LA than Phoenix. The kid had a baseball tournament and we were able to take in the USA v. Mexico soccer match where we won 3-0. It was also great to reconnect with Kent Earle, an old friend from the college dorm (talk about stories). taken in Phoenix, Arizona area by @kvresq

What a fun weekend! With great friends in town from Phoenix, we had another great meal at Foodshop in Venice, followed by amazing live hip hop @killeryachtclub. If you haven't been to the pop-up Foodshop in Venice, I can't recommend it enough.

On Saturday, we welcomed Lee Reinis
to Club 50 at the Hotel Roosevelt pool and partied at the Roots Picnic Experience at the Hollywood Bowl. DelaSoul and the Roots had the crowd out their seats. But, TI really killed it and the surprise artist was NAS who played almost all of his hits! The King of the South and The King of New York were on fire.

Weekend was crazy busy with a couple of baseball games thrown in as well. I need a nap.
