Another pair of socks done, finished these on my birthday back in September. This was the second half of a gradient skein. Benefits of having small-ish feet: I can usually get 2 pairs of socks out of a 100g skein.

Pattern: Deep Shadow Socks @ysolda modified cuff with a rolled top (these started out with a ruffle cuff but realized it is just not for me. So I did sock surgery and cut it off and knit the ribbing 2x2 and then 4 rounds of stockinette to get the roll).

Why are shawls so hard to photograph!? Trying to capture all of the colors on this shawl was hard!

This is my Night Lights shawl, made with my neon rainbow handspun!

Pattern: #drknightlights by @dreareneeknits

Yarn: Neon Rainbow #handspun (this was a free braid of fiber from my spinning group, it didn't have a label so no info on dyer or fiber content). I spun the gradient end to end and did a chain ply. The contrast color is the color Polaris by @lavenderluneyarn by @kw.madeknits

Another Eva Cardigan Junior done for my niece! I love how much she loves her birthday sweaters I make for her! Cheers to 4 years!
I love the classic fit of this Cardigan for kids. And this yarn combo was so much fun to knit!! I held the two colors together and it gave this beautiful watercolor sunset rainbow sky vibe 😁. And the yarn is sooo soft and squishy!

These socks have traveled lots of places with me! Another pair of the Deep Shadow Socks done. This was a pretty fade skein I've had in stash for a long time. For the contrast toe and heel, I pulled from the center of the skein, the pop of color is cute, but if I could go back I think would just have continued with the gradient fade and not done the contrast color... but still love them and the fit of this sock is perfect.

My latest finished handspun! This was some fiber I purchased at the Fiber Witch Festival in Salem, MA this year. It was such an amazing trip with my husband and cousins! Swipe to last slide to see all my goodies from the Fest. This was also the only picture of the fiber braids I took before spinning them, oops!

Fiber: 50% Targhee, 50% BFL from @portfiber in colorway Come Sail Away

Spun: 1 single BFL and 1 single Targhee, 2 ply. Ended up with a sport-DK weight yarn. 662 yards!

Another Eva Cardigan Junior done! This is my favorite cardigan for kids, so many sizes and just a perfect classic, slightly oversized fit. I also love a 2x2 rib. I think this is my 4th one and won't be my last!
It was a few weeks late for my nephews 1st bday, but I still got it to him before the end of his birth month. Counting that as a win! 🏆
I also found the some super cute vintage golf buttons on Etsy. Finding the right buttons is my favorite (and sometimes hardest) part of knitting a cardigan. At one year old he is already obsessed with golf, which makes his daddy so proud! 🥰
And this sweet little tag was brought home from Norway to me from my Aunt Jean @jean_m_bower
The tag says " Handmade by Aunt" in Norwegian.

Happy Release Day to the Early Light Pullover!

This yoke was so fun to knit! As always it was a pleasure to test knit for Samantha. She is the queen of lace yokes and summer tops in my book. The lace and cable combo on this one is 🤌
You won't regret making this spring/summer knit!!

Yarn: Hjertegarn Organic Trio @hjerte_garn (50% merino, 25% silk, 25% cotton) color Gold, purchased from @inspireamind

This yarn knit up wonderful, a great price point and had a similar fiber make up as the yarn Samantha used in her sample (difference was my yarn had 25% cotton and recommend yarn had 25% linen instead). I did have to go up a needle size to meet gauge, but the fabric it made is perfect! More details on my Ravelry project page.

Had the best time in Salem, MA for the @fiberwitchfestival
It was extra special to visit with my sweet cousins (and husbands of course, they were the best sports to indulge all our shopping 😉). I wore my Witching Hour Swoncho to the fest and didn't even take a picture of the outfit, oh well... lots and lots of knits were worn over the long weekend. We had perfect sweater weather! Rainbow scarf requested by my Rainbow Boy! 🌈
He wanted a rainbow infinity scarf. He picked the colors and put them in the order he wanted. His big brother of course wants one too, that one is still in the works.

Pattern: no pattern, provisional cast on, knit a tube in the round, marled all the colors and grafted the two ends together

We just returned from a fun California spring break. As usual I didn't get as much knitting done as I thought I would! Lots of fun was had, chaos and memories made. And some pretty good progress made on my test knit #earlylightpullover by @samantha_guerin_design

👀 the Yosemite views from our porch! Knitting views can't get much better.

Swipe to see...Weather was too warm to wear my I 🤍 National Parks beanie, but still had to put it on with Yosemite behind me.

And the last photo is knitting in a cell at Alcatraz, in memory of my aunt Cheryl. 🤍 The last time I was in CA was on a trip with her and my mom, I was about 16, she brought her knitting with her everywhere and took photos along the way. One of the most memorable picture she took was her knitting in a cell in Alcatraz. by @kw.madeknits

This was my first FO of 2026 (finished back in January), just finally getting around to posting it 🫣 This is the Wild Joy Sweater and it got a lot of wear in the colder Wisconsin months! Really love how this one turned out, the colors are 👌🤌
