Not just a pretty face 🩵 @daria_stratovych is hands down one of the most amazing people I ever met! Daria recently launched her new Gestalt-based psychotherapy practice, and in her post today she discusses 3 steps how to effectively address challenging emotions:
1. Notice your emotions and bodily sensations
2. Accept your emotions without judgment or resistance
3. Fully experience your emotions
.

May the better angels of our nature prevail 🙏🇺🇦✨

.
