A note about holiday sales in the midst of everything going on 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m not really sure what to do, but I’m gonna try my best to hold and balance it all, and to extend myself some kindness when I don’t do it perfectly. Hope you are extending yourselves some extra grace these days too. by @kwohtations

I turned 39 this past week 🎂

I got to spend it among my favorite things: books, crafts, food, and most importantly, people I love.

I still don’t feel like a “real” adult, maybe because I don’t have the traditional Adult things to show for my age: no marriage, kids, mortgage, or investment portfolio to speak of (aside from a hefty stationery collection).

And yet, what they say about getting older is true: I know what success and contentment looks like for me, and I no longer have any interest in building a life that looks good but doesn’t feel great.

I’m rich beyond my wildest dreams in the ways that matter most to me, and that I choose to invest in: deep, loving friendships that are the joy of my life; a relationship that both keeps me on my toes and also makes me feel so safe; freedom in how I spend my days—and therefore my life; a business that has given me a clarity of purpose and continues to open up my world.

I feel more like “me” than ever, and while it’s wild to me to be almost 40, I’m looking forward to the next year and decade. ❤️ by @kwohtations

Stationery Fest is officially wrapped! 💌

Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by the Kwohtations table, said hi, picked up a little something, and geeked out about stationery with me. It was a very, very busy few days, and such a lovely reminder of why I love being part of this stationery community.

A few highlights:

❤️ Seeing so many of you IRL! It’s been really special to see familiar faces at more of these shows, and hear how you’ve been using your Kwohtations goodies. It's also so fun to meet new people and watch you discover Kwohtations for the first time. :)

💌 Hearing what you think of the goods! I love seeing what you gravitate toward, what makes you laugh (or cry), and what you choose to take home with you. Selling online has its perks, but I really miss getting to see those reactions in person.

💛 Spending time with vendor friends! I got to catch up, trade stories (and stickers), and spend time with fellow stationery vendors who have become good friends over the years.

I designed a special Stationery Fest sticker sheet just for the event, and it ended up being one of the most popular things at the table! I have a few left, so they’re now up in the online shop (www.kwohtations.com) if you’d like to snag one. ✨ by @kwohtations

Excited to share that I’m working with @vevoke to bring Kwohtations to Australia and New Zealand! I just got printed samples and I love how they turned out - the print quality, the paper choice, and the larger square size (face for comparison) all make me happy.

If you spot one of our cards in Australia or NZ, please snap a pic and show me 🙏🏼 Maybe one day I can go see for myself in person 💕 by @kwohtations

This is the person and business you’re supporting when you shop with Kwohtations.

Your order doesn’t just support me—it helps pay my employees and our vendors who are mostly other small businesses. It goes back into the community through taxes, donations, and individual purchases.

Every purchase from a small business is an investment and vote for a way of doing business that values quality and integrity, and centers real people and community.

Thank you for shopping small. ❤️ by @kwohtations
