There’s something so powerful about being able to physically hold your music in your hands and see all the hard work come to fruition. This moment was one for the books, and I’m beyond grateful to everyone who showed up, showed love, and supported the journey.

It’s officially been one week since the release of STORM STOP! ⛈️

Keeping the momentum going with a jam session featuring the self-titled track, one of my personal favorites from the EP.

Driven by trembling synths, eerie textures, and a hypnotic rhythm, this track was designed to lock the listener into a state of gridlock, completely immersed and lost in the music.

Here it is. I’m incredibly grateful to announce that my first official EP, STORM STOP, is out now.

Four tracks representing my interpretation of Techno — a blend of Hardgroove and Hypnotic Techno, with my own twist throughout. It’s an honor to release this project through Scan Records, home of the legendary Scan 7, and even more meaningful that my first official EP is being released through a Detroit label.

STORM STOP represents the opposite of a rain dance — a pause, shelter, or moment of stillness within or after a storm. The point where chaos temporarily settles before movement continues. Figuratively, it represents finding calm within turbulence, moving through difficult periods, and reaching a temporary refuge before the next phase begins.

Each track carries its own feeling, but the entire EP is surrounded by a darker tone. BODY SCAN opens the project with a euphoric atmosphere before NIGHT(E)SCAPE pushes things into harder territory. The self-titled track, STORM STOP, brings the project to its peak with a feeling of gridlock and controlled chaos, before VIRUS closes everything out with a colder, more chilling energy.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. This marks another milestone in my young career, and I’m really proud to finally call this my first official project.

It’s an honor to release under @scanseven and have my first solo EP come out on a Detroit label. ‘STORM STOP’ is rooted in raw, driving techno and offers a glimpse of my interpretation of the genre that has heavily inspired my music career.

Taking it back a couple of months to the You Have The Right jam session ⚡️💿

Still a surreal one for me. Getting the opportunity to remix a record with 25 years of history behind it — originally produced by Scan 7 with vocals from Blak Tony — meant I had to come with something special.

I wanted my version to hit with groove and weight while still keeping some soul in it: warm chords, moving percussion, and that Detroit energy throughout.

Grateful to be part of this anniversary release alongside the other remixers.

Always a great feeling seeing your music played out and receiving a reaction from the crowd 🙌🏽 Very grateful to have great friends who are willing to rinse my tracks — it goes a long way, especially when production is my main focus.

First slide is my UKG track DOWN off the SYZYGY EP, being played at the @house_bl3nd party at Eastern Market back in July. Big thanks to Nate G and Connor P for dropping it. Super dope being able to see the reaction firsthand and capture that moment for the three of us. Glad to see this one connecting with the crowd.

Had to also include my boys Hardin and Jėck dropping LUNAR from the SYZYGY EP back in May at the Open Air Good Soup party at Midnight Temple. Super clean blend with some impressive technical DJing 🤝🏽

Very fortunate to have friends who are DJs and have the ability to bring my music into their sets. It always means a lot hearing them drop my tracks. Truly grateful 🙏🏽

I’m really appreciative of all the support and encouragement around the release, so it’s only right to say thank you with some Jams.

Lots of cool moments in this roll. I wanted to make the tracks stand out with some delays, gritty drum breaks, and a little Crusher. The jackin’ swing and heavy melodics really compliment the machine 👏

Happy to announce the release of my new project, The SYZYGY EP 🌞🌘🌍

SYZYGY is a 3-track UKG/House EP I created as a way to bring together my love for House, UK Garage, and melodic dance music through one concept.

The inspiration comes from the astronomical phenomenon syzygy, the alignment of three celestial bodies. I wanted each track to represent one of those bodies while giving each its own energy, movement, and identity.

DOWN — SUN
I see DOWN as the Sun—the source of energy and motion. It represents that initial spark, the heat, brightness, and driving force that sets everything into motion.

LUNAR — MOON
LUNAR represents the Moon. For me, this track is about liberation. I wanted it to capture that feeling of breaking free, letting go, and moving without restraint. There’s something freeing about the Moon’s presence in the night—an energy that feels expansive, weightless, and unrestricted.

GET CLOSER — EARTH
GET CLOSER represents Earth. This track is a remix and reimagining of a concept I had previously created with a track I had already made. I wanted to revisit that idea and bring it into the world of SYZYGY, reshaping it to fit the concept while keeping the core feeling that inspired me in the first place.

For me, GET CLOSER is where the celestial concept becomes more human and grounded. It’s about connection, closeness, and bringing everything back down to where we experience it.

The visual world of SYZYGY was brought to life through a video created by @perryfinley , my frequent art collaborator. We’ve worked together on a number of creative projects, and I wanted to bring that visual relationship into this release. His interpretation adds another dimension to the concept, translating the alignment and movement of SYZYGY into a visual experience.

I wanted SYZYGY to feel like more than just three tracks. It’s my interpretation of alignment—taking the sounds, influences, and ideas I love and connecting them through a single concept.

Surprise! 🎈🎉🎊🍾

After all the recent support, I felt like it was only right to share my newest track, DOWN, ahead of my upcoming UKG/House EP, Syzygy, dropping August 8th. 🌓🌞

One of my biggest goals as a producer is to keep pushing myself creatively and show the range of what I can make. I never want to be boxed into one sound, and DOWN is another step in that direction. It’s a reminder that sometimes the simplest ideas hit the hardest.

Built around a groovy swing and playful melodies, DOWN is one of those records that’s meant to move people and create a feel-good moment on the dance floor.

Blessed and deeply grateful to be included on the 25th anniversary reimagining of the timeless “You Have the Right,” originally produced by the legendary Scan 7, with vocals by the esteemed Blak Tony.

This moment is much bigger than me. I was simply a vessel, honored to play a part in reimagining a record that continues to carry such a powerful message. My hope was to help preserve the sound, spirit, and legacy of this music for a new generation.

This project is a testament to every artist who contributed their time, creativity, and passion to bring this vision to life. More than a collection of remixes, it celebrates the enduring message of You Have the Right—to be yourself, to live with hope and dignity, and to stand against negativity.

A sincere thank you to Lou and to everyone who believed in me and trusted me with this opportunity. Congratulations to all of the artists involved. I’m grateful we get to share this milestone together as part of our collective journey.

A quick clip from my latest jam session, featuring my Hardgroove track, “GET CLOSER.”

This track has become one of my personal favorites because it perfectly captures the balance I aim for in my music: groove, danceability, and energy. The softer elements are complemented by deep low-end and punchy percussion, creating a sound that’s both immersive and built for the dancefloor.
