Jerk salmon + creamy Alfredo + mozzarella… baby, this was NOT supposed to taste this good 😭🔥🍝

The salmon was seasoned all the way through, the sauce was creamy, and that cheesy finish??? Yeah… I did what needed to be done. 😂

Would you try jerk salmon Alfredo? 👀

Hi 👋🏽 Welcome to my page! Let’s do this the old school way. 😂

First things first, I’m in a relationship with Jesus Christ. I’m a follower, a believer, and honestly, He’s the reason I’m still standing.

My name is Keisha, if you couldn’t tell from my IG handle. 😂 I’m 20 something, a girl from the islands 🇯🇲 now living in the USA 🇺🇸 the land of freedom, iced coffee and Floridians who swear Florida is the best state. 😂🌴

But behind the hair, food, lifestyle, laughs, and pretty pictures is a testimony.

God has brought me through loss, starting over, immigration, joining the military, building businesses, answered prayers, and some prayers I’m still waiting on. There were moments I didn’t understand what He was doing, but He never stopped being faithful.

I’m still a work in progress, but I’m proof that God can take you from places you never imagined and lead you somewhere greater.

So grab your coffee ☕️, get comfortable, and welcome to my little corner of the internet. 🤍

This is my story, and God is still writing it. ✨ by @kxeisha

Rainy mornings just hit different 🌧️🤎 So I made a warm bowl of porridge and let Anita Baker set the mood. 🥣🎶

Sometimes you really don’t need much… just good food, a slow morning, and a little peace. ✨

What’s YOUR go-to breakfast on a rainy day? 👀

Sunday reset because sometimes you just need to wash the week OFF. 🧼🤎✨

Clean body, fresh skin, fresh mindset, and a little “okay God, we ready for a new week.” 😂🙌🏽

Nothing fancy… just taking my time, getting everything together, and romanticizing the little routines that make me feel like ME again. 🫧🧴✨

Here’s your sign to slow down, take that long shower, moisturize, reset your space, and step into the new week feeling refreshed. 🤎

overnight oats, but make it GOOD 🤎🥣✨

easy, creamy, protein-packed & perfect for a quick breakfast or meal prep. I made mine two ways — strawberry coconut 🍓🥥 or granola coconut 🍯✨

Ingredients:
🥣 Quaker 1-Minute Oats
🥛 Lactaid 2% Milk
🍦 Chobani 25g Protein Yogurt — Vanilla
✨ Cinnamon
✨ Nutmeg
🤍 Baker’s Vanilla Extract
🌱 Chia Seeds
🍓 Strawberries
🥥 Coconut Flakes
🍯 Honey
🥣 Granola

Mix, refrigerate overnight, add your toppings in the morning & enjoy 🤎

Which one are you choosing — 🍓 strawberry coconut or 🍯 granola coconut?
