“Success is walking from failure to failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.” - Winston Churchill
✨
A “failure” is only a failure if you allow it to be. Every single day we have the opportunity to try again. You only fail when you stop trying. Don’t stop, keep going! You’re going to get there if you believe in you!

“To take off your former way of life, the old self that is corrupted by deceitful desires, to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and put on the new self, the one created according to God’s likeness in righteousness and purity of the truth.”
Ephesians 4:22-24

It’s a new day!

It’s a new year!

My absolute favorite church service of the year is Watch Service. The New Year’s Eve service where you bring in the new year praising the Lord. For many years, this has been my New Year’s Eve party. I have found nothing that compares to bringing in the new year praising the Lord and thanking him for what’s to come, and what he has already done in my life.

Last night, as I listened to my Pastor, he said three words to represent the New Year: RENEW, RESTORE, REFRESH! God is going to renew, God is going to restore, and God is going to refresh everything we have missed and everything we have lost! It was like a bell going off in my ear, it was that confirmation I needed to get me started for the year. Embrace and receive the blessings to come. Take the day to reflect and meditate and/or pray on the new year ahead of you, on your goals and aspirations for 2022, and the renewal of your spirit.
