I always get asked what keeps me going to the gym & I can’t express enough that it is DISCIPLINE. Change your perspective & stop saying “How do I stay motivated”. You’re not always going to be motivated, but you CAN decide to show up anyways & that’s where the discipline comes in 👏🏽
