On this Sunday I think of my sisters and why we do what we do. Sunday dinners w/ 🌱Plant Life. @brownsugarsocials 🥧 was something new for us but pouring into community is not. To be in a shared safe space with Black lesbian/queer women was such a privilege and joy and I am grateful to be able to have intertwined the two. Thank you to every last one of you that came out and indulged. Thank you to every one of the amazing women I get the honor to collaborate with. Each of you brings something to the table that cannot be replaced. A bountiful table we have, indeed.

In these times; let’s remember events like this are meant for genuine connections. We want us to build and maintain the community we have within each other. In ways that could ultimately be life altering in the best light. We need each other and we need to be intentional and understanding of WHY we need each other. Until the next 🌱 Plant Life dinner/event, CONVERSE, CONNECT and ORGANIZE! I love yall to life💗✨🫂
