And that’s a wrap on Hillbilly Days 2023! A lot of clubs hosted some great events to raise awareness and serve their community!

@kycom.pmr hosted a booth where they raised awareness about recognizing the symptoms of a stroke by teaching community members about the BEFAST acronym

SAMOPS and the Class of 2026 did a Pie-A-Hillbilly event with the KYCOM and KYCO Faculty and staff. Each donation to the class and club let a whipped cream pie fly at our favorite faculty or staff members!

@amwa_kycom and @kycom_acoog hosted a Women’s Health Fair booth where they passed out free goodies, resources about women’s health and raffles out prizes! Funds from raffle tickets went towards All Access EKY to improve access to contraceptive care!

Thank you to everyone for all your hard work! ✨

AMWA partnered up with The Healing Place to host the second “99 Steps to End Sexual Violence” walk. We raised over $350 for The Healing Place in Prestonsburg! The Healing Place provides safe spaces for survivors who need shelter.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, who donated and helped plan this successful event!!
