Our sweet boy, Stephen Boone, named after my dad, his Papaw Steve.

After the doctor kept saying he was perfectly content and wasn’t coming anytime soon, Boone decided to write his own story. And from the moment he arrived, he completely stole our hearts.

We are already so in love with this chunky baby boy and cannot wait to watch him find his place in our family. Archie becoming a big brother is a gift we have dreamed of, and our hearts have never felt so full.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe what it feels like to experience this miracle again. Thank You, Jesus, for blessing us with a healthy baby boy. We are soaking in every second. ✨🙏 by @kyhotmess

Our sweet, tender hearted, independent, strong willed, hilarious, and incredibly smart little boy. Getting to be your Mom will forever be the greatest gift of my life.

These last three years have been some of the most meaningful, beautiful, exhausting, joy filled years I could’ve ever imagined. You’ve healed parts of me I didn’t even realize needed healing, and watching you grow has been both the greatest blessing and the biggest heartbreak all at once.

There was a time in my life where I truly didn’t know if motherhood would ever be mine. After being told for most of my life that becoming a mom might not be in the cards for me, I think a part of me carried fear into every stage of this journey. Even with Archie, I waited until the very end of my pregnancy to take pictures because it almost felt too good to be true.

This pregnancy has felt so different. Softer. More grounded. Less fear and more gratitude.

Motherhood has brought me closer to my faith, further from the things that steal my time, and made me appreciate the quiet, mundane moments I once overlooked. The late nights, little hands reaching for me, snack requests, toy clutter, growing our family… all of it somehow became the life I used to pray for.

Getting to stand beside Eric while watching Archie become a big brother already feels like one of the sweetest seasons of our lives. 🤍

When people tell me they want to get into real estate for the “flexible schedule,” I actually laugh out loud. 😂

Because you know when my phone is usually the busiest? When everyone else gets off work.

Which also happens to be when I’m cooking dinner, feeding kids, cleaning up, doing baths, getting everyone ready for bed… all while answering calls, texts and emails. Utter chaos. 😅

Is it ideal? Absolutely not. But I also refuse to hide the work from my kids. I want them to see the sacrifices it takes to build a life I never could’ve imagined for us.

So anyway… this is how your email finds me...

I’ve been saving all year just to afford a Cattleman’s steak sandwich! 😂 This week is my SUPER BOWL. I cannot wait for Court Days!

If you’ve never been, Court Days has been a Mt. Sterling tradition since 1794 and takes over downtown for three days with hundreds of vendors, antiques, crafts, shopping and, most importantly, ALL THE FOOD.

3rd year. Best year. And HOW BOUT THEM CATS?! 💙🏈

When I first started my career in real estate, one of the very first things I did was print UK football schedule magnets and pass them out in parking lots, hoping that maybe one day I’d build a business big enough to actually get myself inside the stadium.

Yesterday, we celebrated THREE years of @roandcorealestate surrounded by so many of the people who have supported us and weathered the storms with us, both figuratively and literally. And I don’t take a second of it for granted.

I’m so grateful that I’ve been able to build this business my way. Loving on my people, creating community, building relationships, and never forgetting where it all started.

To every single person who has trusted me to buy or sell a home, shared one of my posts, sent someone my name, or simply cheered me on along the way… you have changed my life. 🫶🏻

Three years of RO&CO, my best year yet, and a CATS win to top it all off.
