Jamie off on an Otway adventure for a few days! by @kylbeebee

Dads ashes finally went to the ocean 🌊 yesterday - swirling round in the big blue. Felt like he was already out there but it felt right for them to be released where he wanted them to go, on the coast he spent so much time on. And his great grandson playing on the shore - one life out with the tide, another beginning. Pretty special. 🌊 by @kylbeebee

Hip mobility + 🌄 + 🌊 = happy by @kylbeebee

"Esmee is an elderly humpback whale whose gentle spirit has brought comfort to generations of whales. With a heart full of kindness and a lifetime of ocean wisdom, she has a gift for knowing exactly when another whale needs company, encouragement or simply a quiet moment swimming side by side. Young calves adore her, while older whales treasure her steady presence and thoughtful advice. Esmee believes the greatest strength is found in compassion and that every whale deserves to feel seen and cared for. Her calm nature, patient heart and unwavering love make her the nurturing soul of the pod, reminding all that kindness is one of the ocean's greatest gifts."

Ride from home to Aireys - 25 km of beautiful views of sea and forest. Talk about love where you live (and being grateful for a motor, and Jamie taking the bike down one section too scary for me). I didn't fall off once.. by @kylbeebee

$After three months recovering from a fractured elbow and hearing my doctor say "are you reconsidering cycling now, as you must be careful of falls at your age", I'm happy to say f*ck that, and enjoy a happy fossicking adventure day with my love. 🍄 Music by my favourite youngest nephew @dalmayshun1 by @kylbeebee$
