I did not realize I could put my #climbing stats in my #garmin photo. I like how it came out though. Video of the climb to follow in a later post.

Fun new V6. The toe hook in the beginning is definitely the key to getting through those slopers.

Found an awesome climbing gym where I’m temporarily living. This is my favorite climb so far. V6/7
I’m not an affiliate of theirs but I gotta send some love to @primochalk for still being my favorite chalk over the years.

Ran the #broadstreetrun in Philadelphia today with my amazing sister and dad and totally surprised myself with a new personal record. My goal was a 1:14:00 but when I crossed that finish line and saw the 1:11:29 I was just stoked beyond belief. And I appreciate the music recommendation from IG. I definitely felt awake and alive.

Finally went out and did my first Duathlon over the weekend and it was a hot one 🥵. I got second place in men’s age group 30-39. The race was a 2 mile run, 15 mile bike and back into a 3.1 mile run. The Triathlon and Duathlon community is amazing to be around. Can’t wait for my first Triathlon in 2 weeks. I learned my Garmin Fenix 7 Pro Watch has a multi sport feature that allowed me to set up my Duathlon specifically to what I was doing for each leg (run, bike, run) and my watch picked up on each transition without me having to do anything. So awesome!!!

Hit 2 personal bests the other day on my trail run. Longest trail run and new max elevation climbed. Can’t wait for my first triathlon next month. Feeling strong for it 🤙
