The Aurora Borealis at Fellsfjara (also known as Diamond Beach). 💚

When my friends and I first planned our trip to Iceland, we knew that if we were going to go, we wanted to see the Northern Lights. We really hoped that it wouldn’t get blocked by clouds.

We saw the most magical experience I’ve ever seen before on Monday evening: watching the Northern Lights illuminate and dance across the sky at Fellsfjara with pieces from the glacier on the beach.

I felt like crying several times at just how beautiful it was and while it wasn’t as strong as these images, we could still see it with our bare eyes and see them dancing.

To Taryn and Jacob, thank you for experiencing something so magical with me that I’ll cherish forever. by @kylehauder

Chicago Henge on Friday morning. 🌅

This is always one of my favorite times of the year. As silly as it may be, it’s a beautiful sight to watch the sun align to Chicago’s East-West streets.

24 Hours in Seattle 🏙️

Wanted to try something a little different for this and actually show myself on here! I spent 24 hours in Seattle on Saturday/Sunday to see a show that was absolutely amazing with two friends.

Sunrise along Lake Michigan 🌅

I really take for granted the fact I live ten minutes from the lake. All summer I’ve been saying “I should watch sunrise” and it really didn’t happen until this past Sunday. I’m thankful for my friend willing to wake up early and get some beautiful shots of the lake and Chicago.
