I truly have a passion for helping people build wealth, and I’m so much more than just a real estate broker. My goal this year is to stop being such a shy, introverted wimp and get out there and share my knowledge with as many people as possible. Alone you’ll go quick, but together we’ll go far.

Don’t be surprised when I start pumping out content this year and I hope you will be able to find value in what I can share.

If I can be of service in any way this year, don’t hesitate to reach out. taken in Newport Beach, California by @kylekrantz

I bought this house in Mesa, AZ from a wholesaler for $270,000. It was originally listed at $190,000 which probably should’ve been the max I paid.

But because I liked a lot of factors about the property, I know that if it doesn’t sell for the price I need after repairs, I’m going to keep it. Moral of the story, don’t try to force deals unless you have a separate exit strategy that makes sense for those numbers.
