The deal isn’t done when it closes. That’s when the content starts.

Record the process: a quick Zoom with your co-agent on what you just did, then a Zoom with the clients once it’s under contract.

Put it on a landing page, and the next seller who is nervous about pricing gets to hear it from people who already did it.

Easy to believe it when you see it.
