Every closer chasing $30K+ a month ends up in the same trap.

You either live on the phones from 6AM to 10PM until your body and your mind give out. You juggle multiple offers and pray the commissions stack up. Or you try to build your own offer before you’re ready.

Nobody in this space talks about the fourth option.
