This is what a full-arch implant transformation can look like.

This isn’t just about replacing teeth. It’s about rebuilding function, health, confidence, and a smile you’re proud to show again.

With an implant-supported hybrid, we’re able to replace failing teeth with a fixed, stable smile designed specifically for the patient.

From compromised teeth → to a strong, confident smile.

Ready to see what’s possible?

Meet Dr. McKinney

Everything I do comes back to three things:
Family. Dentistry. Health.

Family is my why.
Dentistry is my craft.
Health is what allows me to show up for both.

Over time, dentistry became more than just fixing teeth—
it became about helping people feel confident in how they show up every day.

If you’ve ever thought about improving your smile,
DM me “SMILE” and I’ll walk you through what’s possible.#hickorync #cosmeticdentistry #cosmetics #teeth #hickorydentist taken in McKinney-Graham Dental Arts by @kylemckinneydds

Not a New Smile, just the one that was always supposed to be there. #hickorync #cosmeticdentistry #veneers #smiletransformation The goal with veneers isn’t to change who you are.
It’s to remove what’s been holding your smile back.

Shape.
Proportion.
Color.
Balance.

When those come together the right way, it doesn’t look “done”…
it just looks right.

The best cases aren’t obvious.
They don’t look like veneers.
They look like confidence you’ve had your whole life.

That’s always the goal. by @kylemckinneydds

Fall break with Caroline and the kids. My work life balance is if I'm off, it's all in with them. This stay had some of the best sunrises and sunsets we had experienced on the island. Low crowds and perfect weather this week! #familytime #seabrookisland #fallbreak #smile taken in Seabrook Island, South Carolina by @kylemckinneydds

This vision was to even and fill out the smile with minimal prep veneers. This reverses years of wear and chipping while keeping a masculine feel. @williamsdentlab #cosmetics #veneers #cosmeticdentistry #smiledesign by @kylemckinneydds

This is the key element to a cosmetic case. The trial smile is where the patients desires, dentists and labs cosmetic vision all merge. Corrections and improvements can be caught here. These are the moments the bring me back for more. This was a full mouth rehab with implants. What started with feeling lost, fearful and anxious, ended with joy. This moment was the result of a relationship built on trust and understanding. Meticulous planning and execution. A lab partner in @midwestdentalarts that delivers again and again. It's a team that wins. So happy for her and who we can help next!!!! #implants #dreamsmile #hickorync #cosmeticdentistry taken in McKinney-Graham Dental Arts by @kylemckinneydds
