James shares with us the amazing views and experiences to be had in Moab on the water, particularly the Colorado River that provides some of the most beautiful sights for rafting in the entire world. taken in Moab, Utah by @kylepetersenvisuals

A big part of making a series feel cohesive happens in the planning, before our crew even starts filming.

For this project, we wanted every interview to feel like it belonged to the same world, so we built out a consistent interview setup across all four subjects while still letting each person’s environment and personality come through. Taking their already existing spaces that reflect their profession and enhancing them to look amazing on video.

The lighting, composition, lens choice, background, and overall feel were all intentional. When you’re telling stories through interviews, the setup matters just as much as the questions. It creates a visual consistency that helps tie an entire series together. We are super happy how it turned out! taken in Moab, Utah by @kylepetersenvisuals

We had the time of our lives filming @ridemoabindustries tearing it up on the dirt trails of Moab! One of our goals was to get as much ‘texture’ shots to pair with fast trail riding shots to really enhance the visuals for the full story video. We think it came together great! Earlier this year, we partnered with the Moab Office of Tourism to produce “Who is Moab,” a four-part documentary series that explores one of America’s most recognizable destinations through the people who call it home. Artists. Guides. Locals.

It’s a project we’re incredibly proud of, and one that pushed us creatively in every way we hoped it would.

We are excited to be kicking off the sharing of this project during National Travel and Tourism Week, a fitting time to celebrate the people and places that make travel worth taking in the first place.

This is just the start. Each episode, behind the scenes looks, and more from the ‘Who Is Moab’ will be rolling out over the coming weeks and months! taken in Moab, Utah by @kylepetersenvisuals

A world class resort demands world class media.

Treehouses at Starved Rock was named a 2026 Best of the Midwest Award Winner by Midwest Living, and it shows in every detail of the experience.

Our team partnered with them to create a full photo and video library designed to match that level. Interiors, exteriors, aerials, and real guest experiences all working together to do one thing well; drive attention and bookings.

This is what happens when the product and the storytelling are aligned.

Higher education work asks for more than visuals alone. It requires clarity and authenticity for the people and spaces being represented. This reel brings together some of our favorite moments from informational videos, recruitment pieces, general marketing shoots, aerial campus coverage, interior tours, and personal student and staff stories captured over the years. It’s a body of work that reflects both the range of projects we’ve taken on and the type of storytelling we’re consistently drawn to. by @kylepetersenvisuals
