Halloween memories made at LEGOLAND were AWESOME! 🎃👻🧡 A little spooky fun, lots of LEGO adventures, roller coasters, princess moments, water park, and all the smiles! 🏰🎢✨ Making memories with these three is my favorite kind of magic. 🥹❤️✨ Happy Halloween from our crew! 🎃🧡 #LEGOLANDFlorida #BrickOrTreat #HalloweenAdventures #FamilyMemories #MakingMemories by @kylepratt45
New here and not sure what to expect? Here’s what your first session at Muscle Farm looks like… 1. A tour, and a coach who gets to know you. 2. A goals conversation: what you’ve tried with fitness and nutrition, what you want now, and why it matters to you. 3. Baseline testing and body composition measurements for personal training and Body Comp clients, so we can track your progress. 4. Your first workout: 45 to 60 minutes of strength and cardio, with a tutorial and coaching cues for every exercise. You don’t have to be fit to start. We meet you where you are. New clients get a free week trial. Comment TRIAL and we’ll DM you the details, or tap the link in our bio. #NewberryFL #GainesvilleFL #FirstWorkout #BeginnerWorkout #SmallGroupTraining by @kylepratt45
Starting is the hardest part, so we made it simple. If you’re new to Muscle Farm, your first week is free. 1. Book your free week trial. 2. Meet a coach: tour, goals conversation and your first session. 3. Get a plan built around you. We train athletes and adults in small groups and one on one, with programs built around your goals, not a one-size-fits-all class. Start at any fitness level. Every exercise is explained and every rep is coached. The free week trial is for new clients only. Comment TRIAL and we’ll DM you the details, or tap the link in our bio. Will lifting make you bulky? Short answer: not by accident. Looking bulky takes very specific training and very specific nutrition. At Muscle Farm, your program is built around your goal, so if that’s not the look you want, we won’t program it. What strength training does do is build a stronger, more capable body for everyday life and for sport. And if you’re new to lifting, you may start to notice changes in your strength in as little as 30 days. Every exercise comes with a tutorial and coaching cues, so you’re never handed a workout and left on your own. Save this for the next time someone says lifting will make you bulky, and send it to a friend who’s been waiting to start. New clients get a free week trial. Comment TRIAL and we’ll DM you the details, or tap the link in our bio. What’s the biggest myth you’ve heard about lifting? Side-of-the-road hidden gem that turn into core memories. ⛰️✨ Freezing cold mountain water, wild boys, and non-stop laughter at Sliding Rock Cashiers, NC. Hunter asked to come back every single day after this- Rosie said NO too cold- and Forrest was somewhere in the middle. We’re already planning to make this a yearly tradition! 🏔️✨ by @kylepratt45
