Another round of @thecenturypilates_midland photos because one post simply isn’t enough to capture all the thoughtful details in this space.✨🌵🧘🏼‍♀️
Every corner was designed with intention to take this once dull storage room and turn into a captivating space/ experience!

Incredible space for an equally incredible business.

——> Two spaces that flow into one <——

When we first moved into this home a wall stood here and divided these two rooms. Cluttering the space , the use, and more importantly the natural sunlight. We weren’t even moved in for a whole 24 hrs before that wall came down!

Your home has SO MUCH potential! Let’s work together to make it a home you are PROUD of 🖤

What was once a lifeless and dull office is now a home lounge layered with warmth, texture, and dramatic contrast! Adding dark walls, sculptural lighting, and rich materials completely transformed how this space looks and FEELS! ✨🪩

Proof that the right design can change everything in your home!

As new projects kick off and others wrap up, I couldn’t help but give this kitchen transformation more space on the feed 🤍

Last year we saw these bold, oversized, plastered vent hoods really take off in kitchen designs and honestly … rightly so!! I’m still not over them!!

If you’ve ever looked at your kitchen and wondered what could be done, you’d be surprised!! With the right design, your kitchen without a doubt can be both beautiful and functional!

One of my favorite designs of 2025 was Century Pilates!

This transformation was so much fun! Taking an empty room that once acted as a storage space and turning it into an intentional, grounded environment for personal clientele truly changed the game.

The client’s inspiration came from a love for Santa Fe / Tuscan style, and I think that vision was achieved beautifully!

Dark tones, warm lighting, and rich textures 🪄🪄

This office design was inspired and requested by the client who had walked into a previous office design I had done. As usual if this happens I like to take past projects and reimagine and refine through a modern lens that is unique and purposeful to the client.

This whole office space acts as a meeting space/ lounge for the employees .. I wonder if they’re hiring 😜

Have a business or office you’re ready to reimagine !!? Let’s make it happen!

This was once a dated 90’s style kitchen that lacked functionality and quite frankly… design!

Without changing the blueprint of the space we:
✔️ Maximized every inch with storage solutions
✔️ Elevated the aesthetic with high-end finishes & textures
✔️ Created a cohesive, functional, and modern design

All done virtually and provided custom mockups, blueprints, and curated shopping links to bring the vision to life!

And as always credit to the amazing contractors who bring it all to life —> @esparza.construction
