Meet Sanchita Todkar, whose journey to a career in cybersecurity was shaped by resilience, a deep commitment to learning and her mother’s encouragement.

Despite financial pressures, long commutes and academic challenges, Sanchita earned her engineering degree from Mumbai University. During her final semester, she pursued the #CyberVaahini cybersecurity training through Kyndryl Foundation grantee @dsci.connect that helped turn her interest in the field into an on-the-spot job offer.

Today, Sanchita works as an analyst in application security, testing web, mobile and API applications for vulnerabilities while building greater financial stability for her family.

Thank you, Vinayak Godse, Deepak Boora and the entire DSCI team, for your invaluable role in shaping Sanchita’s path to growth and progress.
