Someone once told me technology is only useful if it fits into your life.

And when you’re designing a charger that people wear on their wrist, how it looks and feels matters just as much as what it does.

That’s one of the challenges we’re exploring with Makusho.

I’m re-imagining portable power as an everyday accessory. A bracelet designed to give your phone emergency power whenever you need it.

But I don’t want it to look like another piece of tech.

I want it to look like something i’d actually want to wear.

So i’m exploring three directions:

Silicone: Minimal, lightweight, durable and made for everyday movement.

Leather: Refined, timeless and designed to complement your personal style.

Fabric: Textured, breathable, and effortlessly versatile. Designed for comfort and a more relaxed, everyday aesthetic.

Both serve the same purpose: keeping emergency power within reach without carrying another device.

We’re still developing our first version, and your feedback will help shape what we build.

If you could only choose one, which would it be?

B. Leather — Classic and elevated

Our phones don’t always last as long as our days.
