Throwback to when the sun was shining bright! ☀️🐾

It’s slowly getting colder, but unfortunately, not cold enough yet. Because of that, my ski trip for next week is officially canceled... 🥲 Snowflake and I are so bummed!

Hopefully, the winter weather kicks in soon because I seriously cannot wait to take my little brother to the snow for his very first time! ❄️⛷️ But for now, here’s a fresh, sunny throwback to keep the good vibes going.

Throwback to my tiny human brother’s newborn shoot! ✨🐾

Look at this little guy… 🥹💙 Here he was just 3 weeks old, and now he’s already 4.5 months! How did that happen so fast?! 😭

I’ve been keeping a very close eye on him from day one. Professional big-sister duties, obviously. 😌🐶🍼

This week Hoomom started working again, which means my tiny brother started daycare and spending some days with Grandma & Grandpa. 🥺💙 Luckily, I get to join them sometimes, so I can still sneak in some quality time with my little buddy. 🐾🥰

The house is definitely a little quieter without him… but there are some advantages! 👀😂 This week he also had his first little tastes of solid food! 🥕🥦 And that means the moment is getting closer and closer when I might finally get to join him for dinner… because surely he’s going to share with his favourite big sister, right?! Hahaha. 🐶🍽️🤞

And the BEST part? Whenever Mom comes home with my baby brother, I get SO excited! 🥹❤️ I immediately give him a big welcome kiss and make sure he knows how much I missed him. Because no matter how big he gets, he’ll always be my tiny human brother. 🐾👶💙

Can we please slow down time a little? 🥹

The countdown to Animal Event is officially on! 🐶🎉 Who are we going to bump into there?

Last year I was standing on stage talking about something that started as a little hobby: having an Instagram account for your dog and… apparently trying to figure out how the heck to grow it. 😂🐶📱

Back then, I had around 13K followers.
Fast forward 1.5 years and somehow we’ve passed 55K. 🤯

And honestly, I’m still a little amazed that this little hobby has grown this much. 😂
Especially because this is still just a hobby for me. A hobby that sometimes needs a good kick in the butt to keep posting consistently… and even more so now that there’s a tiny babyhuman running the household. 👶🏼🙄

Last year I was on the Animal Event stage talking about Instagram. This year? No stage, no presentation, no pretending I have my life together. 😋

Instead, on Sunday October 4th, I’ll be at Animal Event at Aquabest with Kyra and babyhuman, ready to enjoy ALL the animal craziness together. 🐶🤎

And there is plenty to enjoy: 400+ shows, demos & activities, 25 different animal species, workshops, loads of stands to browse (read: things I absolutely don’t need but will probably buy anyway 😏) and, of course, lots of dogs and other animal lovers to meet! 🐴🐱🐰🦎🐶

Basically… a very dangerous place for my wallet and a very happy place for my dog. 🙈

Most importantly: I really hope I get to see lots of my Insta friends there! 🥹🤍

Sheep, sea, seals and some rock climbing. Morte Point had it all. 🐑🦭⛰️

A beautiful walk through the fields, with a few very curious sheep along the way 🐑, all the way towards those dramatic, jagged rocks. And just when I thought the views couldn’t get any better… SEALS! 🦭🌊

One of the things I loved about this walk is that there are several different routes you can take to reach the rocky tip of Morte Point, so you can choose your own adventure depending on how much time (and energy 😴) you have. The paths wind through the open coastal landscape before opening up to those incredible sea views.

We took the high route along the fields, making our way towards the rocks. Once we reached the end point, we climbed down through the rocks, definitely the most adventurous part of the walk! 🪨🐾 On the way back, we followed the coastline to watch the seals again. 🦭🌊

As for me, I had a very important checklist:
🐑 say hello to the sheep
🦭 spot as many seals as possible
🪨 find the highest rock
🌊 admire the views
😴 claim the perfect nap spot

And I think I nailed every single one. 🐶✨

Somewhere between the waves and a good nap. 🌊💤🐾

During our trip through England, we’ve been discovering so many charming little coastal towns and beautiful seaside spots 💙

After all that exploring, sometimes the best thing to do is siply find a quiet spot, stretch out on the pebbles, feel the sun on your face and listen to the waves 🥰

Newest member of the camping crew 💜🧭

Traveling with my small brother has been a blast!
Discovering new places together and snuggling up at the end of the day to relax. Thanks to him for being so easygoing because I did not have to miss out on my usual adventures 🐾 .
