We all have the same 24 hours in the day. When I turned 18, I did ALL of this in ONE year. From December 2012 to November 2013 I had 4 MMA fights - making my ammy debut to my very last ammy fight, claiming 2 belts for @tuffnuff 👊 I did every jiu jitsu tournament I could find, traveling all over California, Washington, Arizona and Vegas. I won my first IBJJF worlds tournament and leveled up to purple belt. I DID THE DAMN THING! But I also turned down tons of wrestling scholarships I had for that year. I didn’t attend ANY graduation parties. I ate watermelon instead of cake on my birthday and ran sprints on Thanksgiving. I had no dating life. I ate, slept, and breathed MMA. But that was my GOAL. That was my PASSION. That’s all I needed to bring me complete HAPPINESS. I knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what it would take to accomplish those things. Discover your passions.
