Today's lesson brought to you from lemon balm, all types of basil, lemon grass, lavender, velarian and more: It's okay to feel intensely and fiercely with all that you have, and also feel soft. It's okay to take care of yourself or be taken care of while you move big shit through your system. It's okay to feel safe, even though you hurt. In fact, the safer we feel in our nervous systems, the more safe we feel to go there, into the depths. So when things hurt really bad, remember that you have had to cultivate a certain level of safety in yourself to feel into these depths. And let that cultivate a little glimmer of hope and gratitude..maybe we can even feel some joy in there! It can feel pretty scary to allow ourselves to dive into these depths, but youre not alone. Neither am I. We are held and safe, especially when we have nervines on our side to help remind us 😊 by @kyshandralee

I used to always want to explore somewhere new. See the next place, explore the next best thing. I still do sometimes..

I’m finding a lot of sacredness in coming back to the same place over and over again. Getting to know the place in all of its seasons, rest, growth and everything in between.

There’s something so special in returning to a place that constantly nourishes you. Singing to it, cuddling it, finding true connection.

Let’s find that in all of our relations 🥰

I’ve been trying to search for the right words and timing to describe the journey I went on in Guatemala in December. I am hoping they just come out as I’m typing..

Some descriptive words include: connection, love, honor, wisdom, sacred, magic, tears.

This was a space held so tightly by a sacred, loving group of humans. We were safe to express, learn and play with who we really are and honor each other in the process.
The wisdom of mama cacao coursed through our beings as we allowed ourselves to open deeper and deeper. I left with a sense of love, acceptance and desire for devotion to myself and love and to help others connect to the same.

There’s so much more that I can’t explain but I’m so grateful for this week of tears and chocolate and ceremony, and I carry it with me in my heart with such joy.
