🤎 FLOW & FREQUENCY with Cacao 🤎

What happens when cacao, movement & live music become one?

For this special edition of FLOW & FREQUENCY, we begin with a heart-opening cup of ceremonial cacao before moving into a guided yoga flow accompanied by Martina’s live DJ set and Kyyelle’s original music & live vocals✨

Expect Afro, Latin, Amapiano & healing sounds, woven together with breath, movement and music ~ a journey out of the mind and back into the body.

*Move · Breathe · Feel · Connect*

🤎 Saturday, 17 October, 9:30-11 AM
🤎 Studio Kayana, Bleicherweg 45, 8002 Zürich

✨ Join the journey ~ ticket link in bio or comment CACAO and we will dm you the link!

Love,
Kyyelle & Martina 🤎

Maybe all I needed for my music career was a Brazilian beach boy believing in me😂🇧🇷

These were the words that poured out of me in April this year, lying on my back in Mazunte, Mexico, playing my guitar.

My dad recently asked me how I write songs. I told him that every word is connected to an emotion, and somehow, with that emotion, a melody comes too..like always.

As I was explaining it, I realised how crazy it sounded 😂 but I guess that’s simply my truth. I don’t really know where the songs come from. I just know when something needs or wants to come through.. that I want to be a vessle for it🤍

✨So this one is for the part of you that keeps going
✨The part that refuses to shrink
✨The part that remembers who you are underneath it all

For the part of you that will never give up🤍
