❗️ Updated timetable❗️

Starting 2nd March 🗓️

As of next week our new timetable will starting. Classes will still be running on usual days of Monday, Wednesday & Friday however times will change slightly

5PM - 6PM | Juniors aged 7 - 10

6:15PM - 7:15PM | Juniors aged 11 - 14

7:30PM | Adults class 15+

Due to high demand we have had to implement these changes so we can accomodate more people to the gym whilst maintaining a high standard of coaching

Big thank you to everybody who supports the gym. Come along way since we opened back in July last year. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds

As always big shout out to our sponsors
