⚠️🚨 "DEATH WISH" — OUT NOW 💀🔥

Just dropped my second single to my upcoming solo album "Legacy X". Vigilante energy. Savage bars. Layered wordplay.
A battle rap type record inspired by that grit, confidence, and classic braggadocious hip-hop attitude I grew up on. This was fun.

Lock in & catch the wordplay. 😎 - LFiers

Shout out to the one and only, Australian hip hop legend Brad Strut @bradstrut for this! I grew up on his music. I recently got every single one one his solo albums, and even got some signatures. I'm one of the lucky few who got to hang out at The legendary @obeserecords Obese Records as a young kid around the time I started rapping and just absorbing all that hip hop. Getting to meet all these awesome artists that were played on the radio and making CDs at the time was wild. Him and @biasb were always so good to me as a kid hanging out at that store and asking way too many questions. I was a little bit over it enthusiastic at the time haha.

A lot of my styles and inspiration and passion to keep pursuing what I do is because of those two especially. They taught me that it's ok to just be myself and rap the way I talk and talk about my life and my area and this meant everything to me then. Not to sound corny but, that gave me a voice you know? Gave me an outlet to really express everything I was going through and even though I was a fan of Eazy-E, Ice-T and Bone Thugs and more, it was crazy and a whole other level hearing people talking about my own city of and rapping the way they speak in their Australian dialect. Not trying to be anyone else. Blew me away.

Imagine being able to walk into the record label of someone like Rakim, Kool G Rap, AZ or Big L? People you hear on the radio and everyone's talking about them, and you can just walk in and hang out with them while they work and sell records and CDs and merchandise and spray cans for the graffiti artiss such as myself At the time. This is what it was like being able to just kick it at that shop and buy a spray cans, merchandise, vinyls, CDs, albums and ask them about anything he populated. It was nuts!

Great times. Thanks Brad Strut for this! Made my day having a chat with you and you showing me love and checking out my music. Nothing but respect to you!

A lot of people have told me that they really like my chorus for my new single "Tales of the Past - LFiers Ft: Towns of Havik " and wondered how I did it. Here is a little bit of the behind the scenes of all the different bits and pieces that make up that chorus that I shared to a friend but I thought I would share it here as well. I didn't use any artificial duplication or anything like that, everything was done manually by recording all the layers one by one. (FULL SONG BIO! 🎤🔥 )

And as always, thank you to everyone who has listened to the song so far and thanks in advance for anyone else that does. I hope you enjoy it. And if you do, please like comment and subscribe to my YouTube channel if you haven't already. Thanks for you time and support. 😎🎤🔥 - LFiers @havikmusic

Note: Coming soon to all streaming platforms as well.
