32 today 🎉

If you were around last year, you know I was coming out of one of the toughest seasons of my life.

I’m still not fully back on my feet—literally—but things are getting better. Recovery’s been slow, frustrating, and humbling. Some days are still hard, but I’ve made progress. It doesn’t always look or feel like much, but the small wins add up.

To my friends and family: thank you for checking in, showing up, and keeping me grounded. Your support has made this journey lighter and a whole lot less lonely.

To 32 and many more Inshallah. To moving forward, healing at my own pace, and appreciating the little wins. We still doing numbers! by @l.sav.l

Here’s 31 🎈 Quick vulnerable moment. May 31, 2024, my life took a crazy turn. I was in a bad car accident that resulted in me being rushed to a trauma hospital and undergoing emergency surgery, a blood transfusion and more sleepless nights than I care to recall lol. Life since then has been extremely different. And it’s been hard as hell trying to cope with not being able to move around, not being able to gym, and not being to do things for myself. I can’t thank my support system enough for helping me push through this time. Although this isn’t how I imagined 31, I’m extremely blessed to even be able to see this day. Word to Queen, “The show must go on.” We still alivin’ and thrivin Cheers to 31. 🤲🏾🎈 by @l.sav.l
